To protect our customers, Paisley & Gray is unable to change/intercept the shipping or billing address of a package to alter its delivery, and Paisley & Gray will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please check your address before placing your order.

Changes to orders cannot be processed once the order has been submitted. Please check your sizing before checking out and contact us with any questions before you submit an order.

Please Note - Orders placed during the Sale Period may take an additional 48-72 hours to process.

We ship Domestically within the 48 Contiguous States of the U.S.A. as well as Canada and the U.K.

We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $150 and a $10 flat rate for all orders under $150. Free Shipping is not offered to Canada at this time.

Free Shipping to the U.K. is available for orders over £300 (Not including Tax and Duties) Orders under £300 in value will have the shipping coast calculated at checkout via DHL.

Please note discount codes don't stack. If you have a 10% off discount, you can't also use a "15% off" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

All U.S. orders  Orders typically process in 2-3 Business Days and ship VIA Fed-Ex Ground Services with an estimated delivery of 5-7 Business Days.

Orders to Canada & UK Orders typically process in 2-3 Business Days and ship Ship VIA DHL with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 Business Days. 

Please note Fed-Ex only ships to a valid street address and we cannot ship to a PO BOX.
