SHIPPING POLICY

To protect our customers, Paisley & Gray is unable to change/intercept the shipping or billing address of a package to alter its delivery, and Paisley & Gray will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify you have entered the correct address before submitting your order.

We currently only ship Domestically within the 48 Contiguous States of the U.S.A. and do not yet offer international shipping.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $175 and a $15 flat rate for all orders under $175.

All orders ship VIA UPS Ground Services with an estimated delivery of 3-7 Business Days.

Please note UPS only ships to a valid street address and we cannot ship to a PO BOX.

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your package has shipped.
